The heart charm attached to the ribbon on the front came off while I was wearing them and is missing ( . .)" As shown in the third picture, I reattached the heart charm with glue, so some glue is visible. It won't be visible when worn as it will be covered by the ribbon, but please skip if you are concerned. Other than that, I don't think there are any noticeable stains.
