It's white. The front and sleeves are chiffon, but the back is made of cut-and-sew material (T-shirt material), which is stretchy and easy to wear. Purchased new several years ago. Worn a few times for my child's entrance and graduation ceremonies, and has been stored at home. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that this is a used item.
