This card is from an unopened Starter EX pack. The centering is good, and it's relatively clean, but as you can see in the photos, there are scratches and peeling on the surface. There is also little whitening, but there is a small amount of whitening on the top of the back of the card. It's too small to be captured in the photos, so it's difficult to see.
