This is an =LOVE penlight purchased in 2021! I've used it about 7 times at lives! When not in use, it was stored in a case. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it is used. There is a small stain on the part circled in the 4th image. I have confirmed that it lights up with batteries inserted. ☺︎ I will remove the batteries before shipping, so it will not light up without batteries! Please be aware!
