This is a white porcelain yokote kyusu (side-handled teapot) used in Senchado (the Way of Sencha tea). The bottom of the kyusu is marked with "Shoami," so I believe it is a work by Kono Shoami of Kyoto. The condition is quite good. It has only been used a few times, so there are no stains or chips. I will sell it to someone who will take good care of it. It will be sent in a box. Please see the photos taken with a measuring tape for the size.
