This is a Kumikyoku sweater that will be perfect for spring. The off-white color with navy blue thin stripes is very elegant. You can wear it under a jacket in the cold season, or on its own when it gets warmer. It's thin, so it's probably best to wear an undershirt. The size is M, but I think it would also fit a size S. I don't see any particular stains, but please understand that this is a personal inspection.
