♪ Kansai Denki Hoan Kyokai ♪ That familiar rhythm to Kansai people, or rather, a rhythm only Kansai people know. This is a commemorative item from the Kansai Electric Safety Inspection Association. Due to age, there are fine scratches on the outer box and blister pack, but the stuffed animal itself appears to be in good condition. I have confirmed that it works by inserting batteries before listing it. The included batteries have not been used. I have not checked whether they still work.
