Both are older models with "0.3" and "0.5" written on the top of the cap. The 0.3mm has a partially cracked rubber on the knock button (see image 12). The 0.5mm has hardened rubber on the knock button, making it stiff. Therefore, it doesn't stretch and retract, and stays at the top when knocking.
