Handmade wooden shaft ballpoint pen made using a wood lathe. I was finally able to get my hands on some "Desert Ironwood," which I've wanted to try for a while, so I made it into a ballpoint pen. The density, hardness, and luster of the wood grain are top-level. To allow you to enjoy the aging process, the natural texture of each wood, and the feel of it, the finish is walnut oil. For maintenance, applying a small amount of "drying oil" such as walnut oil or perilla oil with a dry cloth will restore the shine. Although carefully finished, this is a handmade product, so please purchase only if you understand that there may be slight unevenness in the carving. * Cracks in the wood may occur depending on the usage and storage environment.
