The shoulder straps can be adjusted in length with snaps. The waist ties are secured with Velcro. The size is free size, but it seems suitable for children up to around the age of a senior kindergartener. The front length is approximately 55cm. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but this item was used a few times by a child for school events. Please understand that this is a recycled item.
