This is the Sekonic exposure meter "Studio Deluxe II Model L-398M." It uses an amorphous silicon photocell as the light-receiving element and does not require batteries. It is an analog exposure meter with a pointer-type display, making it easy to intuitively read the light level. It is one of the models that has been continuously manufactured since the Studio SL-28A, released in 1957, without changing its basic design.
