Overhauled 1961 Omega Ω OMEGA Ladies Lunette 20-micron Gold-Plated / Stainless Steel Back, Hand-Winding This is a Lunette ladies' model from Ω OMEGA, a brand representing Swiss watches, headquartered in Biel/Bienne, a bilingual city in the German and French-speaking regions. Lunette means "little moon" in French (perhaps it's pronounced "Lune" in French). As the name suggests, it's a charming watch with a case diameter of 19.5mm, less than 2cm. (I've included a photo with a 1-yen coin in the 5th image for size comparison.) The case is 20-micron gold-plated with a stainless steel back. I purchased it in Zurich, Switzerland, quite a while ago. Recently, I had it overhauled by a former Omega craftsman, and it has been returned. The accuracy is about 1 minute per day. I happened to have one at home that fit the size and feel perfectly, so I attached it. You could also replace it with a leather strap. (It uses spring bars and has holes outside the lugs, so it should be easy to change.) I think this small size is not very common now, so it might feel fresh.
