This is an Arzeni necklace top. The flower motif base is an Arzeni original Britannia silver product made of silver 950, with the AZ950 stamp on the back. The stone is natural tiger's eye. There is some dullness, but it will shine if polished with a silver cloth or a jeweler's rouge. The material is silver 950, which has a higher purity than silver 925, so the shine is different!
