Seiko Hashimoto, House of Councillors, Autograph This is a quite old autograph. Upon investigation, it appears to be a genuine autograph written by Ms. Hashimoto herself. It was found during a house cleaning, and as I have no need for it, I hope it will go to someone knowledgeable or someone interested in items related to the House of Councillors. I want to dispose of it and declutter. As shown in the photos, there is a hole due to long-term storage. There is also peeling in the "胆" (guts/courage) part.
