These are leftover materials from DIYing transportation fee envelopes. I DIYed the transportation fee envelopes by overlapping A4 tracing paper with tape and printing at home. I divided the tracing paper into 3 vertical sections, and wrapping it around the congratulatory envelopes created nice transportation fee envelopes.
