These are leftover materials from DIYing transportation fee envelopes. I DIYed transportation fee envelopes using A4 tracing paper taped together and printed at home. I divided the tracing paper into three vertical sections, and wrapping it around the congratulatory envelopes created nice transportation fee envelopes. The third photo shows the envelopes I made.
