The elastic portion shows signs of wear. It's not severely stretched, but if you're concerned, please consider replacing it. There is one pocket. While there is some wear, I don't see any fading, fabric damage, or noticeable stains. The hem has ruffles and is cute. I've inspected it carefully, but there may be oversights. Also, the condition is perceived differently by each person, so please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
