Please let me know if there is swayback. If possible, it would be helpful if you could send a side view image so I can understand your child's body shape. Seam allowances are not included. Girth Measure with a tape measure running from one shoulder base, through the crotch, to the other shoulder base. If there is swayback, the tape measure will be away from the body at the waist.
