National retro bicycle light, two-bulb. Supercar light bicycle, flasher bicycle (deco-chari) headlight. Purchased as junk and used with LED lamps installed. I believe it was originally used on National's Click FF. There is discoloration, dirt, damage and missing parts on the metal parts, and signs of repair. Also, there are no light bulbs.
