The print on the inside of the neck is peeling, but it looks like it says "TONY HAWK". I can't determine the size, so I've estimated it to be a size S. There are a few snags. There are also two stains on the hem. The most noticeable ones are in photos 5-7. There doesn't seem to be any fading.
