Everything in the first photo is included. (The hair for the minifigure that I forgot to photograph is in the last photo.) I believe all the vehicles have all their parts, but please understand that this is a casual inspection. The instruction manuals have some wear and tear. The police car manual is particularly worn, and there are stains on several pages as shown in the photos. The helicopter manual has come apart, so I've stapled together only the necessary pages as shown in the photos. These items have been played with by children, so there are some minor scratches and scuffs. The most noticeable are the scratches on the two long black rods attached to the helicopter blades in the ninth photo, and the scratches on the round part in the tenth photo. I will disassemble the items for easier packing and shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
