This is an H&M dress. It's a sleeveless dress, size 100cm (labeled as 3/4T). It has a light blue base with a white floral pattern. The sleeves have ruffles. It's gathered at the waist and has a flared hem. There is a stain on the front of the skirt (please refer to the photos).
