The battery is not swollen It charges and works normally, but It's been used, so it doesn't last as long as when it was new. I haven't measured the battery life, so I don't know. Please understand that it is a consumable item. The main unit has scratches and dirt from use, but there is no damage. The LCD screen has scratches that are visible when the power is off, but I didn't notice them during gameplay. There are stains on the back.
