This is a black dress from the Italian brand Gianluca Capannolo, purchased at Tomorrowland. It's an off-the-shoulder dress, but it nicely covers the upper arms, and the simple yet fluffy silhouette is adorable. I wore it once to a friend's wedding and have since had it dry-cleaned and stored. I think it would be great for a reception as well.
