This is a baby coverall from MINIROBE, a popular Korean children's clothing brand. I used it when my child was younger, and it's still usable, but... the boa fabric is flattened in some places, so I'm listing it as having some minor scratches and stains. The third photo shows the hem, so it's not noticeable when worn. There is no size label, but I think it would fit babies around size 80.
