This is a long-sleeved shirt from Miki House Double B. It's made of soft fabric that's easy to wear like a light jacket. It's reversible, so you can also wear the striped side on the outside. Because it's reversible, I couldn't find a quality tag. I've included a photo of the tag from when it was new. It's clean because it's only been worn 1-2 times after being purchased new, but it tends to shrink slightly and is difficult to iron, so it has a few wrinkles.
