This is a clean copy of a handscroll featuring a combination of "First Poems" attributed to Fujiwara no Kinto, with each of the 30 poets' poems combined to create a uta-awase (poetry contest) of 15 rounds. This single volume allows for the transcription of the existing portions. Contains 22 sheets in 10 colors and 10 patterns (2 sheets are half-sheets = half the length of a full sheet, 2 sheets are quarter-sheets = 1/8 the length of a full sheet). This is an unused item, but it has some damage due to long-term storage. The outer paper has tears. The clean copy inside has folds and stains on the back. Please check the photos carefully.
