The model worn by Daiki Tsuneta of King Gnu in the second photo is a short-sleeved version (※ the one Tsuneta is wearing also has patterns on both sides), but this is the long-sleeved version. A black body with a big Adidas signature Trefoil logo printed on both the front and back. A modern silhouette with a generous width relative to the length, and dropped shoulders. It's one of the most popular vintage Adidas T-shirts, partly because Tsuneta wore it, but the long sleeve version is overwhelmingly rarer than the short sleeve, so I think this one is more valuable in terms of rarity.
