My child played with this after I bought it new! It wasn't used very often. I've confirmed that it works. However... when the body is upside down (with the tires on top), the tires move at their normal speed and function as usual. But when it's in the normal position (with the tires on the ground and the body on top), they don't move. I'm not good with machines, so I don't know how to fix it. Since it works fine upside down, I wonder if the tires stop working when they're compressed...? I'm not sure??? I really don't understand.
