Since it has been in someone's hands once, the case has some scratches. There is no problem with gameplay, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. Regarding data deletion, the shoulder buttons on my DS are broken, so I cannot do it. If you need to delete the data, please do so yourself. I have confirmed that it works.
