I found a valuable collection of case law while decluttering! This is the 4th edition of the Labor Law Cases Selected, from the "Bessatsu Jurist" series of case law collections published by Yuhikaku Publishing. It's one of the reference books for my graduation thesis that I finally managed to find and purchase at a used bookstore. The case law collection series features approximately 100 carefully selected important cases from each legal field. You can see summarized facts, the court's decisions, and explanations, making it a popular learning material for law students and law school students. This is a used book, so there is some yellowing and staining, but it does not affect readability. I will sell it to those who can accept the scratches, stains, and yellowing.
