This is a uniform actually worn in matches by Satoru Omura, who played for the NEC Blue Rockets from 2000-2008 and also served as captain. He is currently a coach at Denso. While it's been said that it was used in matches, I personally haven't worn it because the size doesn't fit me well, so I'm offering it as new and unused. The size is marked XB, so I believe it's a 4L.
