The length, including the waist, is 76 cm, and the waist itself is 5 cm. I purchased it at a department store and have worn it 2-3 times. The material is stiff. I took a picture with a black Nolly's taffeta skirt to help you get a better idea of the color (see the third photo). I have other Nolly's items for sale as well.
