I'm selling this item because the size didn't fit, and it's only been tried on. The waist is elastic, the upper part has a stretchy, velvet-like texture, and the lower part is chiffon. The waist measures 31cm when laid flat, and the hips are about the same, but it seems like it can stretch to about 90cm. The length is 88cm, so it might be too short for tall people.
