I don't remember exactly, but I think I bought it about 5 years ago. It's a mesh type, navy blue, and can be used for front-facing carrying. It may show some signs of use, but I haven't used it extensively (I used it occasionally when I wanted to carry my child facing forward), so the stiffness of a new one has softened to a nice feel! There are no instructions, box, or included pouch. Only the main carrier. It's been stored at home and I haven't used it for over 3 years, so it's definitely used!
