This is a Woodland camouflage rain parka from the US Army. Condition: The waterproof tape on the inside shows signs of deterioration, especially around the zippers from the arms to the armpits. There are no tears in the outer fabric. The inside is somewhat sticky. The size is quite large. Please refer to the actual measurements!
