Also, changes are in the photos, though not all of them are shown. It's a Tamiya pre-painted model, but the paint job was so poor that I've corrected and repainted some parts. Please understand that there may be minor imperfections that are not very noticeable. The cabin is see-through, so I've re-masked and backed it. LEDs, such as side markers, which are omitted in the manual, will light up. The dump unit is also built-in, instead of the original fixed setup. I felt this was the most difficult model to build in the Tamiya trailer series. I think the finish is beautiful, but there may be some minor imperfections. Also, as I mentioned before, I was frustrated by Tamiya's paint, which peeled off just by applying masking tape. The runner processing is inconspicuous, but touch-ups have been done in areas where repainting was not possible. I don't think it's noticeable. Also, I've assembled the gearbox using a new type of bearing and metal gears. I've run it in during assembly and installation, cleaned it each time, reapplied grease, and reassembled it. It's quite robust. Molybdenum grease is used on metal parts and dump arms where durability is required, just like in the real vehicle. The dampers are also adjusted for hardness in three places: front, middle, and rear, using Kyosho X-rings. The wheels are aluminum, the rear tires are the original off-road tires, and the front tires are hard all-terrain tires. It's quite heavy, so normal tires will come off. They are not glued, so you can change them if you like. A set of tire stickers is also included. The battery can be connected normally. The dump unit, etc., is routed into the cabin and connected. Some wiring inside the cabin is free for bumper removal. Because of the weight, it can run without spinning its wheels on steps, unlike a trailer. You can feel the difference here, and it has full power even without being connected. The stickers are reflective and handmade. The design is also closer to the real vehicle.
