This is the predecessor to the magazine currently published under the name "MOE." Initially, it started as a practical guide for childcare professionals and mothers, "a practical book for utilizing picture books and fairy tales in childcare." However, it seems that it became a magazine loved by the general public who enjoyed picture books and fairy tales, regardless of their connection to childcare. Therefore, a new magazine title was solicited from readers, and "MOE" was chosen from among many entries.
