Indian-style medicine pouch. Purchased about 30 years ago. Unused. Buffalo concho. Turquoise? and animal bone? with old beads. There's a hole on the back to thread a deer leather strap for attaching the pouch (deer leather strap not included... see image 4). How about it for those who like American casual style!
