This is the National Slave Unit PW-5. It comes with the original box and case. It was stored in a storage case containing my deceased father's camera equipment. My father, who loved cameras, seems to have bought this accessory and stored it in the case without using it. It was kept properly in its box. The outer box isn't in the best condition, but the product itself is in the case and shows almost no signs of use, so it's clean. Therefore, I have rated the condition as "Like New."
