I purchased this at the hospital shop of a famous hospital in Yokohama the year before last, during my hemorrhoid surgery. Initially, I used a cheap donut-shaped cushion with a hole in the middle that I bought online, but it was too soft and didn't help. So, I repurchased this one at the hospital shop. It's firm and the center is indented to relieve pressure, making it very comfortable. I think I relied on this for at least 7-8 days after the surgery, so I recommend it. I used it hygienically, and just in case, I've washed it thoroughly and dried it in the shade, so please use it with confidence.
