The box has scratches and stains, discoloration on the left and bottom sides, and remnants of a sticker that hasn't been completely removed on the top surface. The plastic case and postcard have discoloration and stains. The instruction manual is crisp, but there are some stains on the back. The software also has some minor scratches. I do not recommend this for those seeking a perfect product or those who are very particular.
