This is a drawstring bag with a pocket that can store wet wipes for cleaning your baby's bottom. It can hold approximately 10 L-size diapers. Height: 28 cm, Width: 29 cm, Depth: 9 cm (including the pocket) I purchased this but only used it a few times and then stored it.
