Purchased in Hawaii. I chose these because they are fluorescent and I thought it would be easy to spot my child in the water, but my child didn't like the design, so they were never worn and outgrown. These are new and unused with the tags still attached, but they have been stored at home, so I would appreciate it if you could understand this before purchasing.
