This is a top from ANDSEARCH. It has a white base with navy blue polka dots. I don't think I've worn it even once. There were no noticeable scratches or stains. There's a ribbon on the back that you tie yourself. The area next to the frills has a see-through design. It has been folded and stored for many years without being worn, so there are fold wrinkles.
