I had the tubes and other components replaced and overhauled about 5 years ago. There's a slight operational sound from the amp when the switch is turned on, but it's not noticeable once the volume is raised. The case seems to be slightly small, and the scuffs on the sides are from opening and closing the case. No returns or exchanges accepted.
