This is a bootleg high-gain pedal. It's also famous for being used by Anon from Bandori! MyGO!!!!! for distortion. I'm the second owner, and it seems the top film peeled off while the previous owner was using it. I've attached reference photos at the end! The knobs are, from left to right: Volume, Weight, Gain. In my opinion, the gain is similar to the LIME AUDIO Jackal.
