Made of Puiforcat sterling silver 950. This is a very delicate sugar sifter. It is gold-plated, or vermeil, so the entire piece is a gorgeous gold color. Therefore, it will hardly tarnish over time. I believe it was used to sprinkle sugar on desserts and sweets, but it could also be used for serving fruit punch or from a pot. Please enjoy it in your own way. Both the front and back have very beautiful, intricate detailing, and the condition is very good. I would like to sell it to someone who appreciates it.
