This is a model train from the Railway Collection, the Meitetsu 7700 series. It's unclear whether it has a motor installed. Holding the lead car, it felt slightly heavy. From my own visual inspection, there were no noticeable scratches or dirt. After purchase, it was stored in a dark place. I believe there are no scratches, but please understand that it has been handled by a person before.
