It will be shipped in a Takkyubin Compact box. This is likely a vintage item from over 50 years ago. It has been stored at my parents' house for a long time. I don't think it was ever worn outside (as there is no damage to the soles), but the details are unknown at this point. These are chic and elegant turtle leather zori, which are now difficult to obtain. They have a moderate luster and are perfect for the coming season. They are lovely, so I tried them on myself (I wear 22cm), but I had to give up because I have wide feet and a high instep. I hope someone with small feet, narrow feet, and a low instep will wear them. Also, as turtle leather, it can be peeled off and used as handmade leather. From the internet: International trade of turtle leather is completely prohibited by the "Washington Convention." Currently, it is impossible to create new "turtle leather," so the "turtle leather" circulating in the market is either products that have already been made into bags, belts, etc., or their scraps (the remnants and odd pieces of leather after cutting), or dead stock from over 20 years ago, making it a very rare leather. As they are in good condition, I would be happy if you would purchase them as zori, but you could also use them as turtle leather. These are personal items that have been stored for a long time, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection or are overly sensitive.
