This is a 100cm formal suit set. The polo shirt inside the jacket only covers the front and back, with no sleeves. It's sewn to the jacket sleeves, so it's not a separate piece. The jacket buttons looked cheap, so I bought new ones and replaced them, giving it a makeover.
